nbaji Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

nbaji is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh. The platform offers various gaming services including casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games.

These Terms apply to all services on nbaji as a whole. Where separate rules exist for a specific service, those rules will remain in effect alongside these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the terms specific to that service will take precedence.

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the platform are the exclusive property of nbaji. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior permission.

2 Account Registration and Use

To open an account on nbaji, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering an account using false, incomplete, or another person's information is strictly prohibited.

• Each user may open only one account. Holding multiple accounts under the same identity is not permitted, and if detected, all associated accounts will be closed.
• It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account.
• Transferring, selling, or otherwise handing over your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

If the information provided at registration changes at any point, you must update your account details as soon as possible. The user bears responsibility for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

All gaming and betting services on nbaji are for persons aged 21 or above only. By registering, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age.

nbaji may request documents to verify a user's age and identity at any time. In such cases, a copy of a National ID (NID) or passport may need to be provided. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

If a user opens an account using false age or identity information, all funds held in that account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are currently available for financial transactions on nbaji. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

• Deposits into the account must be sent from the registered mobile banking number only.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirements related to a bonus have been met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, nbaji reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal request pending review.

A user may only withdraw from their own account to a payment number registered in their own name. Withdrawals to a third party's name are not permitted.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

nbaji offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus must be completed — meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳25,000 in wagering.

• Each bonus offer has its own separate terms and conditions, which are clearly stated in the offer description.
• Only one bonus applies per deposit.
• Wagering requirements for a bonus must be completed within the specified time limit; any unused bonus will be cancelled once the time expires.
• If any fraudulent activity aimed at taking advantage of bonuses is detected, the account will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.
• nbaji reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.

Weekly cashback is available under the VIP programme. A maximum of 0.4% cashback is given at the Bronze level, up to 0.8% at the Silver level, and up to 1.2% at the Gold level. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week — that is, a portion of what remains after subtracting total winnings from total losses.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting, casino games, live casino, and fishing games are available on the nbaji platform. Each game category has its own rules, which are described in detail on the relevant page.

• Once a bet or game is completed, it cannot be cancelled or changed; however, nbaji reserves the right to make necessary corrections in the event of a technical error.
• If a technical issue occurs in any game or betting event, nbaji has the authority to cancel the relevant round or return the stake.
• In sports betting, odds are subject to change and the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will be considered final.
• If a match or event is abandoned or postponed and does not resume within the specified time, the stake for the relevant bet will be returned.

All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). nbaji does not manipulate game results, and game fairness is ensured on this platform.

7 Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbaji platform:

• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
• Using software, bots, automated systems, or any other unauthorised tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent of benefiting from bonuses or promotions.
• Using the nbaji platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems or encryption.
• Harassing, intimidating, or disrupting the experience of other users.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

nbaji may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms are violated.
• If fraudulent activity or misuse of the system is detected.
• If required documents are not provided within the specified time after a request for identity or age verification.
• If directed by a court or government authority.
• If the user themselves requests closure of the account.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time. In this case, any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned, but the bonus balance will be cancelled.

9 Responsible Gaming

nbaji believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a path to financial gain. We encourage our members to play responsibly and provide support for those who have concerns about their gaming habits.

11 Dispute Resolution and Complaints Process

After a complaint is submitted, nbaji will investigate and communicate a decision within a reasonable time. If a user is dissatisfied with the decision, they may submit a request for reconsideration. nbaji's final decision will be made in accordance with these Terms and applicable regulations.

12 Changes to Terms and Effectiveness

nbaji reserves the right to change, add to, or revise these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform and the date on which the changes take effect will be clearly stated.

Continuing to use the platform after the revised Terms have taken effect will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new Terms. You are therefore encouraged to review this page regularly.

If any part of these Terms is deemed ineffective by a court or authority, the remaining parts will continue in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between nbaji and the user and supersede any prior oral or written understanding.
